It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 6781-82/2014 arising out of Special Leave Petition(C) No. 19583-84/2014 relied upon judgment by High Court was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.07.2014, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of order dated 21.07.2014 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 27113/2012 arising out of CC No. 12120/2012 relied upon judgment by High Court was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.09.2012, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of order dated 05.09.2012 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
