It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the CC No. 782 of 2016 has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. App No. 605 of 2009. The matter initially filed on 04.12.2015 is barred by time by 1520 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 04.01.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 3 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order and Permission to file additional documents (Unregistered).

It is further submitted that CC No. 1382 of 2016 has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.08.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. App No. 532 of 2011 respectively. The matter initially filed on 27.10.2015 is barred by time by 1449 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 19.01.2016 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 55 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the Impugned Order and Permission to file additional documents (Unregistered).

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos.22279-22285/2013 arising out of CC No. 17246-17252 of 2012 arising out of Common Order/common relied upon Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2013, when the Court was

pleased to grant the leave consequently the petition was registered as Civil Appeal No. 5480-5486 of 2013. Copy of order dated 08.07.2013 has been placed as Annexure P-7 at Page No. 80 of SLP (C) CC No. 782 of 2016 Paper-books.

It is further submitted that Contempt Petition No. 34 of 2011 in Civil Appeal No. 4115 of 2009 referred to as Annexure P-4 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.08.2011, when the Court was pleased to dispose of the same. Copy of order dated 23.08.2011 has been placed as Annexure P-4 at Page Nos. 59-60 in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of exhibits/ judgment/ order/ notification/ award/ annexure/ GOs dated 17.06.2005 in CC No. 782 of 2016. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 04.01.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 92 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of exhibits/ judgment/ order/ notification/ award/ annexure/ GOs dated 21.03.2003 and 17.06.2005 in CC No. 1382 of 2016. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 20.01.2016 and the same has been placed at Page No. 98 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 12.01.2016 and 20.01.2016 in CC Nos. 782 and 1382 of 2016 respectively, counsel for the petitioner has on 28.01.2016 filed requisite copy of 93(2001) DLT 569 and the same has been included in CC No. 782 of 2016 and the same is being circulated herewith in CC No. and 1382 of 2016.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common followed judgment.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
