These Miscellaneous Applications now submit that because of
lock down, the petitioners have suffered huge financial loss and that some additional time be given to comply with the direction issued by this Court in its order dated 02-02-2021.
While granting time to the petitioners till 15.02.2021, no notice was issued to the respondents. However, considering the averments made in the application, we deem it appropriate to extend the time till 15.03.2021 without issuing notice to the concerned respondents.
This facility is granted as one time exception and in case the amount is not deposited on or before 15.03.2021, benefit granted under orders of this Court shall stand withdrawn without further reference to Court.
