It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. K. C. Dua, Advocate on 25.02.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.12.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 21639 of 2010 along with an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 03.12.2013 was within time but there was a delay of 32 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar I-B on 06.05.2014.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No. 16423 of 2013 Entitled M. K. Jain & ANR. Versus Haryana Urban Development Authority & ANR., arising out of similar issue, was granted on 30.04.2013 by Hon'ble

Mr. Justice Surinder Singh Nijjar and Hon'ble Mr. Justice A. K. Sikri. The same is registered as CA No. 5471 of 2014 and is pending (Copy of order dated 30.04.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 5054 of 2003 @ CC No. 1109 of 2003 Entitled Haryana Urban Development Authority Versus Kirti Kumar & Ors, was dismissed on 10.03.2003 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Syed Shan Mohammed Quadri and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhan (Copy of order dated 10.03.2003 is annexed as Annexure P-29 at page nos. 260-261 in the paper books).

It is further submitted that counsel for petitioner has on 28.04.2014 filed a letter stating therein that regarding chronological defect of Annexure P-28, 29 and 30. (copy of letter is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
