The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.2.2014 with office report dated 27.2.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :-

" List the matters for final disposal on 31st March, 2014.

It is submitted that there are two common respondents in both matters. Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate by filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of both respondents in both matters. He had earlier filed Counter affidavit in SLP (C) No. 16423/2013 and Copies of the same have already been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate for the respondents has on 24.3.2014 filed Counter affidavit alongwith annexure CR-1 on behalf of respondents in SLP (C) No. 16425/2013 but the same is defective for the reason that Pagination of annexure has not been mentioned in the Counter affidavit. However, copies of the Counter affidavits are being circulated to the Hon'ble Court for kind perusal please.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the counter filed in SLP (C) Nos. 16423 and 16425 of 2013 so far in any matters.

SLP (C) No. 32273/2013

It is submitted that there are four respondents in the instant matter. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent no. 1. so far. Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate has on 29.3.2014 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 but has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no. 1.

SLP (C) No. 27962/2013

It is submitted that there are three respondents in the instant matter. Mrs. Anubha Agarwal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of all the three respondents but has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

SLP (C) No. 27963/2013

It is submitted that there are four respondents in the instant matter. Ms. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf respondent Nos. 1-3 but has not filed Counter affidavit so far. AD Card duly signed has been received back from respondent no. 4 but no one has entered appearance so far.
