It is submitted that in view of his letter dated 7th July, 2015, circulated before the Hon'ble Court, Mr. Nar Hari Singh, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.4, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Nishikant Rameshwar Katneshwarkar, Advocate is representing the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The service is not yet complete on Respondent No. 3.

The matter abovementioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
