Delay in SLP(CC) Nos. 2182-2184, 2245-2247, 2492-2494, 2563- 2565, 2566-2567, 2570-2571, 2572-2573, 2589-2590 and 2593-2595 of 2014 is condoned.

Issue notice.

Mr. Rakesh Rathod, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of Mr. Abhinav Mukherji, Advocate-on-Record, who has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that instead of matter being remitted to the High Court, the whole issue, i.e., subject matter of the appeal itself which was filed before the High Court be decided in these proceedings.

Let the pleadings be completed within six weeks. List thereafter.

Interim order granted by the High Court shall continue.

List on 11.02.2014 as first item to consider whether the application for amendment has to be allowed or not prior to taking up the whole issue which was before the High Court in appeal.
