The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th February, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the parties. Delay condoned in SLP (Crl.) .....CRLMP No.2811/2017

Let notice be issued in both the Special Leave Petitions as also on the prayer seeking stay, both in the usual course as also by way of dasti service, returnable after four weeks.

Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned Senior counsel appearing for respondent(s) in SLP (Crl.) .....CRLMP No.2811/2017 accepts notice.

As prayed by Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned Senior counsel, the Registry is directed to detag these matters."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 20.03.2017 was issued to sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No. 1192 of 2017 through M/s. AP&J Chambers, Advocate and sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No. 1193 of 2017 by Speed Post. A copy of notice was also handed over to counsel for the petitioner for effecting dasti service with a request to file affidavit with proof of dasti service.

It is submitted that sole respondent in SLP(Crl.) No. 1192 of 2017 is represented through M/s. AP&J Chambers, Advocate. As per track report of speed post(copy enclosed), show cause notice was delivered to sole respondent SLP(Crl.) No. 1193 of 2017 on 28.02.2017, but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters abovementioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
