However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted one weeks further time to cure the defects. If defects are cured within the time granted, process as per rules and list again on 25.7.2024. If defects are not cured within the time granted, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
