UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos. 1, 10,12 to 15, 17, 19 and 21 have filed counter affidavit.

Application for substitution filed in respect of deceased respondent no.4 is defective. Defects be cured within four weeks.

Application for substituted service in respect of respondent nos.3, 5, 11, 16, 18, 20 and 22 is allowed. Proof of publication be filed within four weeks of such publication.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 2 and 6 to 9 but none has entered appearance.

List again on 12.3.2024.
