UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

  1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state across the Bar that endeavour to settle the dispute is in progress; however, some time may be allowed. They mutually consented to refer the the matter for mediation.

  2. With the consent of both the parties, the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre for mediation. Parties to remain present before the Mediator on 02nd December, 2024, at 11 a.m. Digitally signed by Signature Not Verified

  3. On the first date, i.e., 02nd December, 2024, mediation may take place by virtual mode. Thereafter, the parties have agreed to appear personally as per the instruction by the Mediator.

  4. After considering the issue, the report of mediation be made available as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of first appearance of the parties.

  5. List the matter on receipt of the mediation report.
