UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 3 and 20 to file the counter affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent Nos. 15 and 33 has been received back with postal remarks "Left", "Insufficient Address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them and Respondent No. 23 within the same period.
