It is submitted that the above matter was listed before Hon'ble Court on 21.04.2014 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue Notice. Mr. Shiv K. Suri, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 1." Issue notice to other respondents returnable within eight weeks. Liberty to serve the rest of the respondents through dasti process."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 10.06.2014 to all the respondent nos. 1 to 44 by registered A.D. post as well as by dasti. A.D. card duly signed has been received for respondent no. 43 but nobody has entered appearance. M/S Shiv Kumar Suri and Saurabh Mishra, advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received in respect of respondent no. 3 to 42 and 44 so far. The counsel for the appellant has not filed affidavit of dasti service so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office report.
