The matter above mentioned has been filed on 19th April, 2016 against the impugned order dated 4th February, 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O. A. No. 1631 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 350 days. Counsel for the Petitioners has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 15927 of 2016 @ SLP(C)...CC No. 8749 of 2016 entitled "UNION OF INDIA AND ORS vs DR. JAGANATHAN RANGARAJAN @ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th May, 2016 when the Court was pleased to issue of notice and tag with SLP(C) No. 24745 of 2015. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 11th May, 2016 is circulated herewith.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 10089 of 2009 @ SLP(C)...CC No. 4842 of 2009 entitled " UNION OF INDIA & ANR. vs K.MALLIKHARJUNA RAO & ORS. Referred to on Annexure P-4 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th April, 2009 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-4 at page nos. 71-72 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 24745 of 2015 @ SLP(C)...CC No. 12706 of 2015 entitled "UNION OF INDIA AND ORS vs DR. O.P. NIJHAWAN & ORS. @ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st August, 2015 when the Court was pleased to issue of notice. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 21st August, 2015 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 12th May, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 12th May, 2016 is placed at page No. 102 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(CIVIL) CC...No. 11131 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned has been filed on 25th May, 2016 against the impugned order dated 4th February, 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O. A. No. 1633 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 384 days. Counsel for the Petitioners has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 31st May, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 31st May, 2016 is placed at page No. 130 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

The matter above mentioned has been filed on 27th May, 2016 against the final judgment and order dated 4 th February, 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O. A. No. 1629 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 388 days. Counsel for the Petitioners has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 6th June, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 6th June, 2016 is placed at page No. 134 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(CIVIL) CC...No. 11483 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned has been filed on 19th April, 2016 against the final order and Judgment dated 10th December, 2014 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O. A. No. 1440 of 2013 and the same is barred by time by 406 days. Counsel for the Petitioners has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 27th May, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 27th May, 2016 is placed at page No. 107 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C)...CC No. 10279 of 2016 and instant matter are arising out of common relied upon order.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION(CIVIL) CC...No. 11509 OF 2016

The matter above mentioned has been filed on 30th May, 2016 against the final impugned judgment and order dated 4th February, 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, Madras in O. A. No. 310/00422/2014 and the same is barred by time by 391 days. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C)...CC No. 10279 of 2016 and instant matter are arising out of common relied upon order.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has filed a letter dated 14th June, 2016. Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 14th June, 2016 is placed at page No. 129 of the Special Leave Petition Paper books.

It is further submitted that the instant matter and Special Leave Petition(C) CC...No. 10279 of 2016 and Special Leave Petition(C) CC...Nos. 11131, 11196 of 2016 are arising out of similar issue.

The applications in the matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
