The office report on default dated 26.09.2016 in the above mentioned matter was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 17.10.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following following Order:

"Perused office-report dated 26.09.2016.

It appears that despite undertaking dated 19.04.2016, learned counsel for the petitioners has not filed copies of the order dated 13.02.2012 passed in O.A. No. 287 of 2001.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for and is granted further two weeks time, by way of last chance, to comply with the office-report failing which the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 25.10.2016 filed order dated 13.02.2012 in O.A. No. 287/2011 within time and the same is being circulated with this office report.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 24745 of 2015 arising out of SLP(C) CC... No. 12706/2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of Record of Proceedings dated 21.08.2015 is enclosed).

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) No. 7086 of 2015 arising out of SLP(C) CC.... No. 1605/2015 was dismissed by this Hon'ble Court on 02.02.2015 (copy of Record of Proceedings dated 02.02.2015 is enclosed).

The matters above mentioned is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
