Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 9, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to 7, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, two weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 6.8.2024.

Despite service of notice on respondent No. 1, there is no appearance.
