- 3 In view of the earlier order of this Court dated 24 April 2019, dismissing SLP (C) No 2616 of 2019, we see no reason to entertain the Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution against the order passed by the High Court in review.
- 4 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
- 5 At this stage, Mr Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner would be advised to seek a review of the order of this Court dated 24 April 2019. We do not make any observation in regard to the proposed petition for review.
- 6 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
