The SLPs abovementioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th, September, 2016, when the Court disposing of the SLPs with certain directions (Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 15.09.2016 is annexed as Annexure A in SLP (C) Nos. 38853887 of 2014 at page Nos. 6 to 10).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that M/s. Parekh & co., Advocates for the petitioners has filed applications for extension of time in SLP (C) Nos. 38853887, 38933895, 39053906, 39073908 and 39093911 of 2014 respectively. The applications are registered as I. A. Nos. 13, 13, 12, 12 and 13 respectively. Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has also filed applications for clarification of Court's order dated 15.09.2016 and extension of time and alongwith vakalatnama/appearance in SLP (C) Nos. 3598 of 2014 after taking "No Objection" from M/s. Parekh & Co., Advocates for the petitioner which are registered as I. A. Nos. 2 and 3, M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Advocates have filed applications for extension of time in SLP (C) Nos. 38903892 of 2014 which is registered as I. A. Nos. 13. All the abovementioned applications have been placed with the SLP paperbooks.

It is further submitted that the SLP original paperbooks have been weeded out after due preservation and counsel for the petitioners have filed fresh SLP paperbooks.

The applications in the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
