Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 26.10.2015, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"As prayed, four weeks' final time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to file spare copies."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has on 04.11.2015 filed spare copies. Accordingly show cause notice to all the 4 respondents was issued on 09.11.2015 by registered AD. M/s. Balraj Dewan & Naresh Kumar Sharma, Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 4 but have not filed counter affidavit so far.
