Issue notice tag along with SLP (C) No.011080/2017.

The amount in dispute shall be deposited by the petitioner- Corporation TNSTC Ltd. before the jurisdictional Tribunal within four weeks from today. On such amount being deposited MACT shall deposit the same for one year in any Nationalised Bank and the successful party would be entitled to receive the proceeds of the Fixed Deposit with accrued interest thereon.
