Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of notice is complete on respondent No. 7 but none has entered appearance on his behalf.

However Mr.Ashok Kumar, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.7. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has on 20.4.2022 filed an application for deletion of Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 from the array of parties.
