None appears for respondent Nos.3, 6, 7, despite due service of notice.

Respondent No.1 is granted four weeks time, as a last chance, to file counter affidavit.

Notice issued to respondent no. 2, received back with postal remarks "Insufficient address".

As such, fresh steps and fresh particulars be filed within two weeks time to effect service upon the said respondent.

Four weeks' time, as a last chance, is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 4 and 5. However, learned counsel submits that he would be filing application for deletion in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 6.
