1. SLP(C)Nos.2373-2377/2020 have been filed by the petitioners against rejection of their claim petitions by the High Court. SLP (C) Nos. 8884-8887/2022 and SLP (C) Nos. 8888-8891/2022 have been filed by the petitioners who are claiming under 1963 preliminary decree and are aggrieved by the declaration of the High Court that the same is void ab initio. It may be noted that they were not parties before the High Court. The other petitions have been filed by the persons against the dismissal of their impleadment applications by the Division Bench of the High Court.
2. I.A.No.75869/2022 in SLP(C)Nos.2373-2377/2020 has been
filed on behalf of the State of Telangana directly before this Court praying inter alia for impleadment as petitioners in the special leave petitions.
3. Heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as also the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/caveators/impleadors.
4. The non-applicants are permitted to file their replies to the above-mentioned application within four weeks.

5. These are the applications filed on behalf of the applicant(s) seeking exemption from filing spare copies of the petitions.
6. Having heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant(s) and on carefully perusing the averments made in the above-mentioned applications, we deem it appropriate to allow the same in terms of the prayers made. Ordered accordingly.

7. This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking deletion of proforma respondents from the array of parties.
8. Having heard learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner and on carefully perusing the averments made in the above-mentioned application, we deem it appropriate to allow the same at the risk and cost of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
9. As per Office Report dated 17.05.2022, service is incomplete on the following respondents :-
(i) Respondents Nos.12, 21 to 23, 25 to 28, 30, 32 to 34 in SLP(C)No.8884/2022;
(ii) Respondent Nos.12, 18 to 26 in SLP(C)No.2203/2022;

10. The petitioners are directed to complete service upon the above-mentioned respondents within a period of four weeks. They are permitted to effect service upon the above-mentioned respondents through substituted service.

12. In the meantime, pleadings be completed.
13. The parties are permitted to file additional documents, if any.
14. Order of status quo granted on 19.04.2022, shall continue to operate till further orders.
