It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 14.12.2015 to the sole respondent by registered AD Post. Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent and also filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 33342/2015

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 14.12.2015 to all the fifty respondents by registered AD Post. Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 139, 4145 and 4750 and filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Copy of the same has been included

in the paper books. AD Card duly signed has been received in respect of respondent No. 46 but none has entered appearance on his behalf. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent No. 40.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 40.

It is further submitted that Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has on 29.9.2016 filed an application for Permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

SLP(C) No. 35644/2016

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 35565 of 2015."

It is submitted that notice was issued on 11.1.2017 to the sole respondent by registered AD Post. Track report shows that 'Item delivered' at New Delhi GPO' in respect of sole respondent. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received so far.

Service is not complete.
