It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 14.12.2015 to the sole respondent by registered AD Post. Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent and also filed counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

SLP(C) No. 33342/2015

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 14.12.2015 to all the fifty respondents by registered AD Post. Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 139, 4145 and 4750 and filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1. Copy of the same has been included

in the paper books. AD Card duly signed has been received in respect of respondent No. 46 but none has entered appearance on his behalf. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent No. 40.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 40.

It is further submitted that Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has on 29.9.2016 filed an application for Permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for stay in SLP No. 25565 of 2015 and the same was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 20.9.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"On being mentioned by Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General of India, the matter is taken on Board.

This is an application for stay of the contempt proceedings in Civil Contempt Petition No. 1085 of 2016 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2963/2007 pending before the High Court of Rajasthan.

Having heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Solicitor General for the State of Rajasthan and Mr. Mukul Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, it is directed that further proceedings in Civil Contempt Petition No. 1085 of 2016 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2963/2007 pending before the High Court of Rajasthan shall remain stayed until further orders.

The special leave petition be listed for final disposal on 4.10.2016."
