It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 227 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 11.12.2015 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in LPA No. 1276 of 2010 in SCA No. 11843 of 2009.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 26983 of 2015 filed against High Court's Order dated 29.09.2014 in SCA No. 10928 of 2014 referred to on page 4 of Impugned Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.09.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 14.09.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 1529 of 2015 (Main SLP (C) Nos. 1412414125 of 2012) filed against the High Court's Order dated 29.09.2014 in SCA No. 10928 of 2014 referred to on page 4 of the Impugned Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.01.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 27.01.2015 is enclosed herewith).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report. Dated this the 23rd day of November, 2016.
