PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 15751 OF 2014

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th July, 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Application (I.A.No.2/2014) for deletion of the name of respondents 5 to 26 is allowed and their names are deleted from the arrays of parties at the risk of the petitioner. Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Tag with SLP(C)NO.1412414125/2012."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are 26 respondents in the instant matter. The names of respondent Nos. 5 to 26 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's Order dated 15.07.2014. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 by registered A. D. post as well as by dasti mode. Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.
