In the remaining group of matters i.e., SLP(C)Nos.28184-28229/2012, duly represented respondents are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. It is pertinent to note that in these group of matters, respondent Nos.47 to 49 in SLP(C) Nos.28184 and respondent Nos.2 to 4 in SLP(C) Nos.28185 to 28229/2012 are yet to be served.
