The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.12.2014 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in WritB No. Writ A 6429 of 1983.

It is submitted that Mr. Rakesh U. Upadhyay, advocate has filed a letter dated 04.02.2015 stating therein that copy of sale deed dated 18.01.1960 is not available at this time. Copy of letter has already been included at page no.97 in the SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, Advocate has on 15.01.2015 filed caveat on behalf of A.K. Jaiswal, legal representative of deceased respondent no.1 i.e. 'Chhotey Lal' but counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for substitution of LRs. of deceased respondent no.1 and also has not clarified the facts despite of this Registry's letter dated 17.02.2014. (copy of the letter dated 17.02.2015 is enclosed herewith).

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
