The Petitions above mentioned have been filed by Mr. Amol B. Karande, Advocate on 29.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 01.10.2014 of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 1413 and 5091 of 2014.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP and which is barred by time by 395 days in both matters and another for condonation of delay in refiling SLP and which is barred by time by 17 days days in both matters total delay of 412 days in both matters.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 19.07.2016 filed copy of the order dated 01.02.2011 in W.P. No. 4557/2005 as per the letter of undertaking given by him in both the matters. Copies of the orders are being circulated herewith.

It is submitted that SLP(C) CC No. 5315/2016 and instant matter is arising out of common order, hence instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 5166/2016.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
