UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for $Mr$ the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, there were no deficiencies in the petitioner College even for the academic
year 2023-2024.
2. It is further submitted that an inspection has been carried on 30th September, 2022, no deficiency was found and, in any case, the petitioner restricts its claim only for the academic year 2024-2025.
3. In that view of the matter, issue notice for final disposal, returnable within four weeks.
4. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
5. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner(s) to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/Central Agency.
