O R D E R

• 1 This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of OP No 817 of 2021, titled "Sreeraj V V vs Monisha N V" from the Family Court, Kannur, Kerala to the court of Senior Civil Judge & CJM, Madikare, Kodagu, Karnataka.
• 2 We have heard counsel for the parties.
• 3 Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer petition and direct that OP No 817 of 2021, titled "Sreeraj V V vs Monisha N V" be transferred from the Family Court, Kannur, Kerala to the court of Senior Civil Judge & CJM, Madikare, Kodagu, Karnataka.

• 4 The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.
• 5 Counsel appearing for the contesting parties state that the parties shall explore the possibility of an amicable resolution of the matrimonial dispute by appearing before the Mediation Centre attached to the Family Court, Madikare, Kodagu, Karnataka on the date to be fixed by the Family Court.
• 6 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
