2. The learned counsel for the contesting respondent No.1 has no objection if all the I.As. are allowed and the legal heirs of the said deceased respondents are brought on record.

3. Accordingly, the objections raised by the Registry are waived and all the I.As. are allowed, without prejudice to the rights of the other legal heirs, if any, of the deceased respondents.

4. Amended cause title shall be furnished within one week by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
