The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner No.3 – Shri Mahavir Singh, petitioner No.7 – Shri Balraj Singh and petitioner No.13 – Shri Bhagwan Singh have expired and he has filed the applications for bringing their heirs on record as well as for setting aside of abatement, if any, and for condonation of delay, if any. 2. The learned counsel for the contesting respondent No.1 has no objection if all the I.As. are allowed and the legal heirs of the said deceased respondents are brought on record.
3. Accordingly, the objections raised by the Registry are waived and all the I.As. are allowed, without prejudice to the rights of the other legal heirs, if any, of the deceased respondents.
4. Amended cause title shall be furnished within one week by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. List after six weeks.
