Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that respondent nos. 5 to 27 were the co-petitioners in the writ petition filed before the High Court of Telangana and as such not claiming any relief against these respondents being proforma respondents. The petitioner-applicant be permitted to delete proforma respondent nos. 5 to 27. Accordingly, at the request and risk of the petitioner(s), application for deleting proforma respondent nos. 5 to 27 is allowed.

Let necessary steps be taken within two weeks from today.
