UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

1. Permission to file Special Leave Petition is granted.

2. Heard Mr. S. Vinay Ratnakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners are participating in the process of direct recruitment for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the

Telangana Judicial Service. But since they are, inter alia required to produce a certificate of having practiced for 3 years in the State of Telangana, they may not be permitted to sit in the Main's examination after having qualified in the preliminary test. 4. Issue notice.

5. In the interim, the petitioners should be allowed to appear in the recruitment process initiated by the High Court by its notification dated 10.04.2024, subject to such further orders as may be passed in these proceedings. The result of the petitioners shall however not be declared pending further orders of this Court. 6. Tag with SLP (Civil) No. 11655 of 2024.
