It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Shishir Deshpande, Advocate on 29.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 13.10.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA Nos. 2352, 2379 and 2444 of 2014 (O&M) along with the application for exemption from filing official translation of Annexure P1 to P5.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 20.02.2016 filed applications for permission to place on record additional documents and exemption from filing Official Translation with affidavit. Copies of the same are being circulated with this office report.
