also the later invitation dated 31.12.2012.

Further, the clarification would be requisite as regards the number of vacancies filled up pursuant to the orders passed by Kerala Administrative Tribunal, particularly those in O.A. Nos. 642 of 2015, 1045 of 2015 and 1786 of 2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents may put the clarificatory note on record.

The particulars of the persons with reference to their position in the said O.As. or otherwise, who have been appointed pursuant to the ten vacancies advised in compliance of the orders of the KAT, may also be specified.

List this matter tomorrow, i.e., on 06.01.2022 for further hearing.
