C.A.NO.2593/2016 None appears for respondent nos. 1,2,6 to 8, 10 to 15,17 to 19,21,22 and 25 to 32 despite due service. Respondent no.9 is granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. Fresh steps alongwith fresh address of respondent nos. 16,24 and 33 be taken/furnished within two weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. Respondent no.20 has refused to accept the notice, as such, service is deemed to be complete but none has entered appearance.
