The petitioner would file an affidavit along with site plan indicating total number of bungalows constructed, total number of bungalows which have already been alloted and possession has been handed over, total number of bungalows where possession has not been handed over and can be alloted and the details of the persons/ allottees, who have made payment along with the total amount of payment received from the said persons/allottees.
The said affidavit would be filed within a period of 15 days from today.
Re-list in the third week of November, 2022.
