The Writ Petition alongwith application abovementioned has been filed by Mr. G. Balaji, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner.

It is submitted that W.P.(C) No. 623 of 2016, arising out of similar issue, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.08.2016 when the Court directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 08.08.2016 is being enclosed herewith.) The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court and is updated for listing on 25.04.2017, Court No.3, Item No.19.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has on 22.04.2017 filed an application for permission to file additional documents and the same has been registered as I.A. No.1. (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.)

It is lastly submitted that the matter abovementioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 24.04.2017, when the following order was passed:

"List tomorrow, i.e. 25th April, 2017 along with W.P.(C) No. 623/2016."

The Writ petition alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
