This is a Transfer Petition filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 25, CPC seeking to transfer Divorce Petition bearing HMA No. 80/2021, titled, "Bhupinder Pal Singh vs. Smt. Kirandeep Kaur", pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Banswara, Rajasthan to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.

On 28.02.2022, notice was issued and stay was granted. Though served, none has appeared on behalf of the respondent.

In these circumstances, HMA No. 80/2021, titled, "Bhupinder Pal Singh vs. Smt. Kirandeep Kaur", pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Banswara, Rajasthan is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.

It is made clear that the case will proceed at Mohali, Punjab from the stage it has been left by the Court at Banswara.

The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
