It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Rishi Malhotra, Advocate on 28.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 05.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP Nos. 21862, 21858, 21875 and 21835 of 2013 (O & M) along with the application for permission to file SLP.
It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 4 namely Kishan Chand in CWP No. 21862 of 2013, petitioner No. 2 namely Ram Kishan in CWP No. 21875 of 2013, which are barred by time by 635 and 279 days respectively and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 2711 of 2016 Entitled M/S Kataria Constructions Pvt Ltd Versus State Of Haryana & Anr. as both are arising out of relied upon Judgment by Hon'ble Court.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
