UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard Mr. Gurudatta Ankolekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (wife).
It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that both the parties are actually residing at Bangalore. For this reason the petitioner who has filed proceedings in the Palamner, Chittor District, Andhra Pradesh, would withdraw those and initiate the proceedings in the court of the competent jurisdiction at Bangalore.
