Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and the caveators/respondents.

petitioners are, however, given four months' time to vacate the subject premises to be computed from today. For this purpose, 16:34:21 IST Reason:

petitioners shall give an undertaking in the form of an affidavit with the Registry of this Court within two weeks from today. If no such affidavit is filed within the stipulated time, it shall be open to the respondents to take such steps as permissible under the law. The petitioners shall also remit to the caveators/respondents a sum of Rupees Four thousand as occupation charges for these four months and this exercise shall be completed within two weeks from today.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
