UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are prosecuting BDS in a medical college in the State of Tamil Nadu. He has referred to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1001 of 2014.

Let a copy of these petitions be served on Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Mr. Balaji and Mr. M. Yogesh Kanna and Mr. Sanjay R. Hegde, who ordinarily appear for MCI and State of Tamil Nadu respectively. Let a copy of these petitions also be served on Mr. Sanjay R. Hegde, learned counsel who ordinarily appears for Chennai Medical College where seats are lying vacant.

List the matter on 13.02.2015. Names of the counsel shall be mentioned in the cause list on that day.
