UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Hon'ble Court has on 18.2.2008 granted four weeks' time to file Counter Affidavit and two weeks thereafter for filing Rejoinder Affidavit. Respondents, who were present through caveat, have filed Counter Affidavit on 4.4.2008. Now petitioner is seeking further four weeks' time for filing Rejoinder Affidavit.

In view of Court's order dated 18.2.2008 granting two weeks time, which is already over since the counter Affidavit has been filed on 4.4.2008. In view of this fact, petitioner cannot be granted more time to file Rejoinder Affidavit.

However, petitioner is permitted to file Rejoinder Affidavit, before 9th May, 2008.

Office has to list the matter before the Hon'ble Court immediately after 9th May, 2008, without waiting for the Rejoinder Affidavit.
