Court on 8th March, 2017, when the following Order was passed:-

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 6 to 11 SLP(C) No. 33275/2016, Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 33793/2016 and Respondent Nos. 4, 7 and 14 to 17 in SLP(C) No. 34037/2016.

In the meantime, office shall enquire about the fate of notices sent to the said respondents under registered cover from the postal authorities.

List again on 24.4.2017."

SLP(C) No. 33275 of 2016:-

It is submitted that as per tracking report, notice could not be delivered to Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 6 to 11 (copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that there are 17 Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Mr. T. V. Ratnam, Advocate has on entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 and also filed counter affidavit. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 12, 13 & 14 but no on has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that as per tracking report, notice delivered to Respondent Nos.3, 5 & 15 to 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos.2, 4, 6 to 11.

SLP(C) No. 33793 of 2016:-

It is submitted that as per tracking report, notice could not be delivered to Respondent Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 & 8 (copy enclosed).

It is submitted that there are 12 Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Mr. T. V. Ratnam, Advocate has on entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. AD card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 7 but no on has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is submitted that as per tracking report, notice delivered to Respondent Nos.4, 9 to 12 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 & 8.

SLP(C) No. 34037 of 2016:-

It is also submitted that as per tracking report, notice could not be delivered to Respondent Nos.4, 7, 14 to 17 (copy enclosed).

It is submitted that there are 17 Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Mr. T. V. Ratnam, Advocate has on entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 9 & 12 but no on has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
