2. An amicable settlement between the parties is not possible.

3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of a petition being FC OP No. 632 of 2023 titled as "Panthagani Arun Pratap Singh vs. Palle @ Panthagani Gowthami Chandra" pending before the Court of the learned Principal Family Judge, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh to the Family Court, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Transfer Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petition being FC OP No. 632 of 2023 titled as "Panthagani Arun Pratap Singh vs. Palle @ Panthagani Gowthami Chandra" pending before the Court of the learned Principal Family Judge, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

7. On the prayer made by the respondent, the transferee Court will permit him to appear through video conference, unless his personal presence is absolutely mandatory.
