O R D E R Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent are present. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file the statement of cases within a period of 45 days. Learned counsel shall provide a copy of the statement of case to the learned counsel for the respondent against proper acknowledgment immediately after he files the same and the learned counsel for the respondent shall file the statement of case within a period of 35 days thereafter. The matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court in accordance with the rules after the period stipulated above.
