The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 5th April,

2017 , when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6 to 9 have been served but no one has put in appearance.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.4 and 11 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish the fresh address and to take fresh steps for service of respondent No.5 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner also to furnish the fresh address alongwith fresh steps in terms of Government's O.M. No.12(77)/10-Judl. dated 18.8.2011 for service of respondent No.10 within three weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 4.5.2017."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken any fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 11 nor filed fresh address of respondent Nos. 5 and 10.

Hence, fresh show cause could not be issued to respondent Nos. 4, 5, 10 and 11 so far.

Service of notice on respondent Nos. 4, 5, 10 and 11 is incomplete.

It is further submitted that service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3,

6, 7,8 and 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
